Organic life creates O2 in the planet's atmosphere :)

I'm afraid you need 5 more posts, then you will see the editing button.

I haven't found the setting to fix that yet, so the current solution is to just be active for 10 posts and don't spam your way to it like some users have done.

Is there a way to indicate your targets current orbital speed? For example, let's say, I'm interested in Phobos as it orbits Mars and wish to know what its orbital speed is at perigee or apogee or anywhere else along its orbit. I tried looking for this information but maybe I missed something.

How do I stop completely, instead of continuing at the same rate that I was going at when I went out of warp and turned off my main engines. I tried using the UFO command, but that has not worked. Please assist me in this.

I tried using the UFO command, but that has not worked.
It does work, press Z in UFO mode to auto sync velocity to selected or targeted body.

General questions about SpaceEngine

Hello, while exploring the Solar System in Space Engine version 0.9.8.0, I have encountered data that seems to be incorrect regarding the objects, and some data about the known bodies is missing. Is there any way this would be fixed in the next version or in addons? Is this the right place to ask suchs questions?

What kind of incorrect data did you find?
What data is missing?
And the right thread for this is perhaps this: COMMUNITY ADDON - Catalog Fixes for SE or this: Troubleshooting and bug reports - SpaceEngine 0.9.8.0

I did already write about the bugs that did concern Litva and Balam systems in the asteroid moons thread. I did also mention the missing moon of 1998WW31 in the same thread, but as you did point out maybe I should mention it in Catalog Fixes thread also.
The following data is not bugs but just wrong numbers concerning various Solar System's minor planets. Hygiea's size is the most obviously wrong but Sedna does also have wrong size and rotation period. Also several Main-belt asteroids have obviously too long rotation periods and their sizes may be a little of, The most obvious size problems I found are for Interamnia, Davida, Europa and Cybele. TNO Chaos does seem to have too small diameter.
Following asteroids have inaccurate properties:
Hygiea - diameter wrong: 862 km /correct: 407 km

Dwarf planets and TNO:s have their minor planet designations (alternate names) shown in the game. Following dwarf planets are missing their minor planet designations (inconsistent data in game):
Pluto - Minor planet designation (alternate name) is missing, that is: (134340) Pluto

Pluto's moon Nix seems to be missing realistic shape and texture. Following moons/dwarf moons are missing their satellite designations (inconsistent data in game):
Galilean moons of Jupiter

Some interesting objects are missing from game, and so are realistic textures and shapes of minor planets and Pluto's dwarf moons visited by space crafts should they be discussed in the Catalog Fixes thread?

General questions about SpaceEngine

18 Apr 2017 03:04

(If this question was moved, sorry)

Every time when I try to find some planets with life I usually select one of stars in cosmos using F2 button. But is there an option to activate something like auto-searching planets? I mean... We selected one of galactics in the universe, and when we activate option we have highlighted all planets with life on choosen galactic.
