In the readme, it says "LICENSE: Public domain". Also, in the Celestia Motherlode Legal page, it says "We believe that all files on CM, including their contents, are freely distributable for NON-commercial use". Actually, my addon is based on this link: https://celestia.space/forum/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=20290 . It is an update of http://www.celestiamotherlode.net/addon/addon_1673.html . The updated link doesn't including any lisence, but I can find the license on the CM, CF and the non-updated link. The updated and non-updated link are from the same author: Luke.
