Is the data from the old forum still somewhere? :)
I made a post with a lot of calculations and formulae for a Stanford Torus I was working on years ago, it would be a pity if I had to search to all those formulae again  8-)

Does it even matter now when SE is dead?

You know, your commitment in pushing your narrative is actually entertaining

I'm sorry our local forum princess doesn't get updates every week, but if you think it is a dead project, then why are you still here?

Also, even if a developer ceases working on a project, does that make the current version completely useless?

What is the purpose with this kind of passive aggressive comments? I mean, it has been well explained why SE has and always had a slow pace in regards to development, in quite a lot of posts. There's no need for you to restate your opinion on the matter each time. SE is not going to evolve quicker just because you can't wait for it to do so. There's no worse way to support this outstanding piece of software than systematically claiming and trying to convince others that it is a dead project when in fact it is not. Also, you are off-topic here.

So submissive.

Last news were July 20. Wanna know how long is that? Half a year. Also there was no any NY post. Also the dev doesn't visit the forum any longer. In that case I don't need to convince.

Arigato, okay, this discussion already happened, more than once. This time, it is off topic and an unnecessary thread derailment. Since your only apparent purpose on this forum is to annoy people, you're no longer welcome.

Same here. :) I frequently refer to old posts there and some had lengthy calculations. But it does seem the site works again now.

Lol, I really love this project and I hope I'll be able to finish it within one or two years  :)

I really love sci-fi, because sometimes you end up learning physics just writing or reading and it's awesome.

I wonder why they decided to create this forum rather than stick with the old one.
Just a random user on the internet, nothing to see here.

Because a change of platform and provider was needed, and it was impossible to export or import previous posts
