How do you do for have lights in stations?
in SpaceEngine you can use light textures. In this case I used different materials with the same completely white light texture, then in sml file you can choose different light colors for different materials.
Hope you don't mind me posting some more pics in your thread, ettore_bilbo, but they do feature your station.
Of course not. Cool pics! :-D
And I added a couple of starship docks
I have to add a module for really big ship docking :-D

Thanks, again, Propulsion :))

Hey ettore_bilbo, I found your mod page ;). I would like to say that these mods are BEYOND cool! Do the files work for all versions of SE (specifically 0.990)?

BTW, the work you did on module/ship interiors is not that bad - its a start. I am thinking of doing some ship-inside modelling myself in the future and am trying to find some like-minded modders to help me out.

Keep up the awesome work!

Love your ships (and stations, of course). Look forward to test flying the new ones.

Also wanted to thank you for making the ship modules available as a Blender file. Complete newb in Blender, and never imported anything into SE, but you're making it much easier. :) I will most certainly post pics of anything I make with these modules right here.

And...

...has become one of my favourite ships to tool around the Universe in. One or two tweaks, nothing major.

Keep up the good work. :)

I tried to imagine an Hydrogen scoop for gas giants upper atmosphere. It looks like a huge bicycle horn :-D

Looking good! I like 'em.

I had a larger ship mage up from the modules you provided in Blender format, but Blender always hangs when exporting it to .obj format. It does generate an .obj file, but incomplete — I can load the .obj file back into Blender and I see missing modules, seemingly random. And no .mtl file is generated.  So I tried something much smaller to start with, get my feet wet so to speak. That one worked.  :)

I think I may try the Space Engineer method of ship construction — export each module as a Space Engine ship and build it in .sss format.

You have to set the right parameters in obj format I think... now i don't have time, this evening I'll post a jpg with the correct flag ;-)

when export your obj in blender remember to flag this options.
if you use different layers and want to save only one (for example i put all modules in one layer and create the ship in another) select what you want to export and flag "selection only"

attention!
if you use textures, in the .sml file blender use \ instead of / and sometimes this creates problems when importing in SE
