I find plenty of exoplanets and exomoons that are bright pink/orange.  I don't know why.  Also, can't seem to find any spacecraft.  I have 0.990.

If you mean that you cannot find the build space-craft option in-game on the menu, that is because you are probably in Planetarium mode - which doesn't allow you to build spaceships. You need to enter the Flight Simulator in order to do that.

I did find this rather weird looking planet lol.
