I need to hire a web developer, how can I find someone that is trustworthy? 
 Being a web developer and a lead software engineer,  I know how hard is it to hire the right person for the job. Some questions :

1. What platforms Web developer should I hire?
2. Are they going to back end developer or front end developer or both? 
3. How many hours per week they should work?
