I've worked in publishing for years, and was an early fan/user of portrait mode computer monitors. FIts a printed page better.

Sometimes the attachment number gets wonky. Since all images are already uploaded, just delete the text, and redo the inline one by one, see if that helps.
Anyway, I was inspired by this:
