Wow, those are some great black holes. Mine just look like blobs. I really ought to update my graphics card.
Bananas are eggcellent.

That second image is pretty trippy.  What's going on in the last one?
That is the accretion disk of a black hole peaking through the clouds of a Titan planet. :)

If I had to guess it would be another accretion disk, this time seen through the clouds of a planet.

EDIT: Whoops, didn't seen it was already answered lol

Very cool.  And nice landscapes, PlutonianEmpire.  The magenta colors are stunning. :)

Do you play with exposure similar to how you would with a camera?
I adjust everything.  I change stars, thermals, exposure, LOD, though in the case of the pictures of Mars or other planets I just do LOD 2 and use auto exposure.
Is there an auto setting which will automatically give you the best settings for each object?
There is an auto exposure, but it rarely gives the best image quality.

Doc is there anyway you could just attach your config files and I could replace mine with them? I have the new graphics card now with 4 GB of GDDR5 memory.

what kind of graphics memory usage are you seeing with your card (I assume you use a program like EVGA Precision, which is what I have, as well as MSI Afterburner.)  How often do you get over 2 GB VRAM usage at 1080 P resolution or over 95% graphics card usage?
I play in a 1500x850 windows so I can do other things while running SE, so I don't really use my card much.  When I take screens in 1080 I get around 90% use with my graphical settings and around 3GBs in VRAM use, SE seems to offload to system RAM no matter what.
In 4k resolution I can push 100% utilization and around 4 to 5GBs of VRAM use, though with a ton of ships spawned I have pushed 9GBs and crashed shortly after.

You have a multimon set up too, Doc? Your card doesn't heat up past the 80-85C range does it?  As long as it doesn't do that, the 90% or higher gpu usage rate isn't harmful to the longterm health of the card?  I use SE in a 1024x768 window and get around 98% usage and temps between 80-85C.  What kind of usage, gpu temp and gpu memory usage do you get in window mode?

A combination of ReShade and custom planets. :)
