I can create galaxy scripts. But I usually do not do galaxies because I can not make models for them. I have to use standard models.

Hmm, maybe a large merger of more than 5 galaxies? Would make quite a night sky on a planet in one of those galaxies.
Maybe like this behemoth, it could take a long time, but it may be worth it.
