Added a Warp Ring capable of carrying one Skylon or Shuttle across the galaxy. Just remember to undock before atmospheric entry

Hornblower, the warp ring docking is a very interesting concept. Definitely something I would like to see more ship creators add to their ships.

As some of you have seen in Image Dump, I am working on a satellites mod for SE 0.990.
So far I have:
-Aqua
-Aura
-Terra
-Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter
-Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter
-NOAA 15
-NOAA 18
-NOAA 19
The ISS and Hubble will not be included because there will be a mod by someone else for them.
I am accepting some satellite requests. Are there any satellites that anyone wants me to include?
