...Okay. I've pretty much tried a few things, such as moving files around, but I'm still looking at the Blue Marble Clouds. Also, I have SE Atmospheres 2.0 + Solar System Improved and Rodrigo's Terrain and Clouds Mod with version 0.980. Is there something I need to change?
We always need to add more boosters.

First, you have to put this .pak file in the folder 'addon\catalogs\planets', second, this file can not really work because behind 'Clouds' these two brackets are missing: '{}'!

I put the .pak file into addons/catalogs/planets and it worked! I'm definitely gonna put this to greater use in the future!
We always need to add more boosters.

I really feel like having the International Space Station in SE 0.980, and LucasAstro's mod includes it, but it literally loads as a temperate asteroid, so...
We always need to add more boosters.
