Whether it influences the stars of the Milky Way depends on whether the galaxy addon is arranged in the internal order before or behind the Milky Way.
When the galaxy is placed before of the Milky Way, the Milky Way number changes.
The 12 black holes and 12 neutron stars are possible. But the 6 million mini black holes, with a total mass of six suns that the system should have, are certainly a problem!
