Well, actually Milky Way and Andromeda are similar. Just google Andromeda and see pictures. And welcome. :)

mmh, I don't think there is. As for the resemblance, certainly they may look alike at first, yet they are quite different models.

I don't think there should be a mod for Andromeda since they are similar. Maybe some modifications and that's it. :)

That's exactly what "mod" means.

I know that mod stands for modification but I was thinking that there should be just minor improvemets for the model. Didn't want to sound like it needs full replacement.

Is there a way to configure spacecraft materials so that they aren't illuminated (a self-emitting material without illumination) in version 0.9.8.0?

I am creating a twin of our solar system, I need help getting Cronus's rings to be more like Saturn's and to get Ouranos and Poseidon to be blue like Neptune.

could you please rephrase this? what would you like to achieve?
If you declare for a material with texture "SHW-diff.dds" in the .sml file:
    DiffMap         "modules/SHW-diff.*"
    EmisMap         "modules/SHW-diff.*"
    EmisBright       0.2
then you should have the textures slightly glow in the dark. With EmisColor you could correct the emission color.

I am creating a twin of our solar system, I need help getting Cronus's rings to be more like Saturn's and to get Ouranos and Poseidon to be blue like Neptune.
For Cronus you could use the original ring texture of Saturn.
    NoClouds     true

    Rings
    {
        // Rings texture author: Vladimir Romanyuk "SpaceEngineer"
        Texture        "Saturn-rings.*"
        InnerRadius     60284
        OuterRadius     356993
        FrontBright     1.0
        BackBright      5.0
        Brightness      1.5
    }
For Ouranos and Poseidon you could use the atmosphere model of Neptune.
    Color       ( 0.750 0.750 1.000 )

    Atmosphere
    {
        Height   300        // km
        Model   "Neptune"
        Bright   5.0
        Opacity  0.2
        SkyLight 0.2

        Composition // values in percent
        {
            H2   80
            He   19
            CH4  1.5
            C2H6 0.00015
        }
    }

    NoClouds     true

scr00072.png

(I can not guarantee that it looks the same with you. I only tested it with version SE 0.971.)

Cronus is good but the other two aren't blue. (I can try exporting Neptune and Uranus's files)

If you have a "Surface" section in your scripts, remove it !
Let SpaceEngine create the surface.
[hr]
Your script might look like this:
Planet "Poseidon"
{
    ParentBody  "Your Sun"
    Class       "IceGiant"

    Radius      24624
    Mass        17.15

    RotationPeriod  14.12

    Color       ( 0.750 0.750 1.000 )

    Atmosphere
    {
        Height   300        // km
        Model   "Neptune"
        Bright   5.0
        Opacity  0.2
        SkyLight 0.2

        Composition // values in percent
        {
            H2   80
            He   19
            CH4  1.5
            C2H6 0.00015
        }
    }

    NoClouds    true
    NoRings     true

    Orbit
    {
        SemiMajorAxis   30.10
        Period          164.8
    }
}
