The manual has a section explaining how to treat textures for thatYo how do you make (not edit) galaxy textures? I really want to create my own galaxies with my own textures

But it only explains how to import textures from existing galaxies with images, I’m trying to make my own textures (for example which program should I use etc)The manual has a section explaining how to treat textures for thatYo how do you make (not edit) galaxy textures? There isn't much difference from taking an image of an existing galaxy from one of the many places you can find by using a search engine, and drawing a galaxy on your own. You'll probably have to use the same photo/graphics editor.

Which program you can use is not really important. The manual does mention Photoshop, which is a commercial program from Adobe, but there are other open-source or free programs that can be used to work with layers and filters, allowing you to follow the necessary steps to make a believable galaxy texture: GIMP and Krita are a couple of program coming to mind.
How to use such programs? depending on what tools you use, a mouse or a graphic tablet, they have different ways and tools to draw/retouch images, and they need to be used for a bit to become proficient with them. I would suggest to watch video tutorials for those programs on Youtube to get a first impression about what can be done with them.
Wait are there any programs for iPad that can do so? I know I’m asking way too much but eh I need helpThere isn't much difference from taking an image of an existing galaxy from one of the many places you can find by using a search engine, and drawing a galaxy on your own.
