and wow, you have a lot of light pollution (in the phone shot), ISO 1600 at 15 sec is too much, try ISO 400 at 15 sec and f/3.5

Unfortunately, weather has been really not great lately, but has cleared up the last few days. Buuuut, the moon is almost full and is essentially ruining my skies by basically bumping it from Bortle 8 to Bortle 8-9. 
Nonetheless, I've managed to get quite a bit of Ha and SII data (waiting for moon to go away before doing OIII)
Here's also a neat thing I've put together to show the power of stacking.

I will buy a telescope soon, so will join the club:) I have Bortle 9, the most polluted sky as possible. But narrow-band filters doing magics

That's my setup. Telescope is a 130mm aperture / 650mm focal length scope (Skywatcher 130pds)

Alright well few days of clear skies for the next week (I hope I didn't just jinx it) so new targets!
Helix Nebula - NGC 7293. Very hard target from 45 degree north. Relatively large and dim target. Max altitude is at 25 degrees and I can only shoot it for about 2.5 hours per night. Here's 29x300s.

And while helix wasn't visible, I did a few frames on Crescent Nebula - NGC 6888. 10x300s
Much more signal with less time compared to broadband I did earlier this summer.

Welp got 25x300 frames of OIII in so I could do an HOO combine...
quite noisy, but that will get a lot better as I get more frames in.

Took some pictures of the moon tonight. Might not be as impressive as you guys, though, but I quite like them.
