Re: What are your own personal ways of dealing with anxiety and depression?

Hey, sorry you're having a hard time. I know how that feels. For me, vaping helps a lot. I use Nexus Smoke disposable cigarettes, and they help calm me down when I'm anxious. Besides that, going for a walk outside helps clear my mind. Listening to music can also make me feel better quickly. Talking to friends or family who understand what I'm going through helps a lot, too.

I get it—I've been there too. For me, going for walks in nature and playing guitar have been lifesavers. I also started seeing a therapist, which has been super helpful.

I think it’s different for everyone, but what helped me was simplifying things, starting with getting outside more to journaling a bit when my head feels full.

One thing I didn’t expect to help as much as it did was medical cannabis. I started after reading a bunch of Releaf reviews, and I’m glad I did cause helped calm the physical tension and it gave me enough breathing room to actually start doing the other small things that help

I will never regret this choice

Anxiety can be really hard sometimes. For me, vaping was a bit of a double-edged sword as it did help with calming my nerves at first, but I found that I needed to be mindful of how often I was relying on it. A big part of managing my anxiety has been balancing things like exercise and talking to people I trust, along with using vaping in moderation when I need a bit of relief.
I’ve found that using something light and easy, e.g. the lost mary bm600, has been a smoother experience for me, as it’s not overwhelming and helps me stay in control without feeling too dependent. For me, the key is balance and finding what helps without going overboard.

For me, it’s a combination of routine, journaling, and exploring how brain chemistry actually works. That led me down a rabbit hole recently on dopamine’s role in mood, focus, even outlook.

This guide offers a well-researched approach using supplements and daily strategies to support dopamine naturally, might be worth a read if you’re curious about the biological side of healing: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/top-7-dopamine-supplements-boosting-your-brain-health-gerrid-smith-prjkc/

Just keep busy. Find work to do. Any physical tasks or labor to keep the mind off of my own mental issues.
