Username can't be changed, you'll have to register a new username.
I see you changed the title on one of your threads, if you register a new username moderators can assign to your new username control over your existing thread.

Hello. You can follow these steps: 
Open Control Panel.

• Under the "User Accounts" section, click the Change account type option.
• Select the local account to change its name.
• Click the Change the account name option.
• Confirm the new account name in the Sign-in screen.
• Click the Change Name button.  krunker

We can change the original poster with another in a post, so you should regain control over your threads if the OP is changed, at least it used to be like that.
Please provide us links to the original posts of your threads that you need to change from user Cantra to user StarlightGlimmer, won't do it for all 403 messages

It seems that the username can't change.

I ended up losing the two accounts I had previously (Cantra and StarlightGlimmer), the emails I used for them no longer exist, so I guess I just had to make a new account.
