Re: Problems with exporting as 360 Video [SOLVED!]

02 Aug 2024 04:38

Hi guys. I would like to create a navigation using Equirectangular (or tell me the best method). So I would like to create a mission and visit space and also land on earth, take a tour and then go visit the Milky Way and other planets. How can I create this mission? In the end I need to get a high resolution video. I bought the pro version of SpaceEngine just to make this video, but despite having decades of experience with high resolution equirectangular photos, due to multiple variations in the tools, I am having difficulty getting the result. Could you help me. Is there anyone who could give me some advice here on the forum? Thanks in advance for your help and time. Have a nice day.
In general, I would proceed by recording the path of my camera with the Camera path editor on a simple game session. See the online manual for a description of the Camera path editor (https://spaceengine.org/manual/making-a ... o-scripts/, then select "Camera path editor" drop-down link on the page). Once you saved a path, set your display (settings > display) in Cylindrical mode, set the windowed mode with the display resolution you want (let's say 8k, so 7680 × 4320). Press F9, then the "Edit camera path" button to load your saved path and start recording.
