Is This A Lighting Glitch?

07 Oct 2023 15:05

When at Jupiter or Saturn, the Sun sometimes looks pink in Auto exposure mode. Is this a lighting glitch or completely normal?

This means that light passed through rings dust. This should really change its color.

The Sun appears red whenever I'm at a distance of 3-15 AU in Auto exposure mode, regardless of what planets are nearby. At certain distances, the Auto exposure fluctuates repeatedly between 1/19.00 to 1/34.00 at regular intervals, causing the Sun to flash between white and red like Christmas lights.
