Tesla is doing well- they just released a cheaper model that also has more range (under 30K and over 500 miles per charge)

What SpaceX has done is amazing and a wonderful vindication for those of us who have been championing private space since the 1980s. As you've pointed out before, SpaceX has created this amazing machine for about 1/3 of what NASA would have spent on a similar project.

I can't wait for Starship to come online so that the skies will be even more accessible.

Falcon 9 launch last night with 46 Starlink satellites going into polar orbit passed over Scandinavia and could be seen by our meteor cameras.  Also note a couple of Perseid meteors in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z0--cyswYVQ
