but now with the new upgrade it can be used for a general purpose ,it's a program write by me on matlab that can be used by everyone , (even without having matlab!)
it want simulate some things that miss at SE at now, like the fuel limitation .
the program work in parallel with SE but don't interact directly with it.

fuel extraction parameter

Just some FYI, the installer for this is considered a security threat by Windows Defender. Getting past that, when trying to pick the installation location hitting the browse button, the installer crashes. Pasting in a directory location into the box works though.

i tried to fix it, but windows defender still give problem for the moment, i don't know why... but i scan it with avast and it result secure.
for me the installer does not crash pressing on browse button...
i'm sorry for the inconvenient.
