How rings became WORSE

Exactly, the planet is some 4.5 billion years old, yet the rings maybe just a few million years old, and maybe gone in a few million years (or less). A mere drop in the bucket of the life of the planet itself. I'd call that transitional.

Similarly, Space Engine shows planetary nebulae, even though they only last for a few tens of thousands of years. They happen often enough for several to be seen in the sky in any snapshot of time. We should not exclude rings in situations where they may be unstable, but rather focus on trying to show them with about the same frequency and circumstances as what appears in nature.

How rings became WORSE

Why did someone decide that the planet is worse off from this? Maybe there are some benefits! Could a higher consistency of radiation be there now?
