I have no problems with the Belisama system.
But I suspect your problem is, the system contains too many objects! (About 5000.)

SpaceEngine 0.980 can only load about 32735 scripted planetary objects. If there are more objects SE crashes! (This bug is fixed in SE 0.990.)
So if you have a lot of addons, that's your problem!
It could also be the reason for the crashes with Starlight Addons.
