Mods I've made during my time using SE. I'm not an expert, so I can't guarantee they're any good.

All mods are made for 0.980e, functionality in 0.990 is not guaranteed

I find you Ga'Hoole system very interesting (btw isn't Mars that were terraformed on your image ?)

I have however a problem. The Ga'Hoole system appears in the finder but I cannot travel toward it because it's "unfindable"

Any idea how to solve it ?

That's weird, can you show me what it looks like when it does that? I can find it just fine :o

Anyways, honestly I'm not too happy with that mod, I might make some changes to clean it up someday. In the meantime I'll add a warning.

Introducing: Stellaris ship pack! It's only ships now, but I plan to add more when I have time. I hope you guys enjoy :)

Also, I planned on adding engine effects for the first version, but I decided to leave them out for now. It takes too much time and my schedule will only get busier as finals approach, so if anyone wants to help adding them I'd be more than willing to credit them.

PathFinder, unzip the file and place the catalog folder in the addons folder.

DoctorOfSpace, I used Ninja Ripper to rip the models, Noesis to convert the .rip files and textures, and 3DS Max to assemble them (the larger ships were ripped as separate pieces and needed to be put together)

New Elite: Dangerous ship pack! I made this over a year ago during an open beta. I wanted to release this addon in a better state, but unfortunately not every texture is being ripped correctly, so this is the best I can do for now.

Is a rip of orange models during loading? There are some surface not smoothed properly...

Yep, they're the loading screen ships. I've figured out how to rip higher-resolution models, but I don't have access to all the ships anymore.

I've never tried ninja ripper... for now my cmdr is 30-40k ly from bubble, but when I'll return I could try...

After lots of experimentation, I've created a workflow for extracting quality models and textures from Elite: Dangerous. By assembling and tweaking in Blender what I ripped, I created an accurate model of the Python, which is available for download as a flyable ship in my new Elite: Dangerous+ pack.

I had a lot of fun making this. I might make another ship like the AspX or, because now I can potentially extract any model I want, space stations, Thargoids, or whatever else.
