Existem grupos de hackers em todo o mundo. Não se pode culpar um país inteiro por causa de um grupo. Os sites dos meus clientes no Brasil sofrem tentativas de ataques de grupos de hackers russos diariamente. Mas eu sei que é apenas um grupo.

I agree with you, unfortunately hackers are very hard to defeat.

I think he means that the attack is originating from China, and that it's not specifically Chinese people doing this.

Yeah it's a weird bug, just complete the captcha and enter your credentials again and it will work.
I had the same problem they didn't resolved it since 2017!!!
