a wormhole!  I saw this with Cygnus X-1 in 0980 also.  Our universe may be a black hole inside a larger universe so this being in SE is apropos!

Thanks, they universe that Allah (God) has provided for us to enjoy is truly spectacular. The more we learn about it the more we realize we don’t know anything about it

Decided to check out earth's Terraoon addon and play around with the orbits a bit. Pretty sweet views.

Yes!  How did you get that kind of realism?!  And can you see that on procedurally generated planets that have vegetation on them too?
I have .990 and downloaded the new planet textures.  I have everything set to Ultra, but my resolution is set to 720P to keep things going fast.

Yes, you can see this kind of thing on procedural planets as well. SpaceEngineer describes this in lots of detail in his blog posts on revamping terrain generation for 0.990.

And no, you don’t need the ultra add on, it’s enabled on Earth by default.

Long-time SE user here, I've never been on the forums though... I've been lurking for the past few days, however

I'm running on an old laptop with integrated Intel graphics so don't expect the amazing photo-quality stuff you see from other people on this thread
