I wish I had VR goggles.
Sadly it isn't as cool as you might think

Why not? I saw this rollercoaster video on Youtube and thought it must look amazing with VR googles.

Fireinthehole,to pull it off properly the video needs to be 3D and 3D 360 videos are rare and hard to make.

Yeah. You need depth for it to be cool, otherwise it's just headtracking, and no better than early 90s VR (with better graphics, I'll admit). Without depth, everything feels huge and far away. Including the track, the cart, everything.

I see. Maybe I will buy some cheap ones anyway to see if I like it. Timelapses of the starry sky or auroras should not need this depth.

Do you follow any sport? Like American Football, Football (or Soccer), Rugby, Basket, Hockey or any other.
If yes, do you even practice it?

I do follow Football game but I've never practiced it "professionally".

P.S.: Also Rally is included in my question! (actually I know a few people doing Rally professionally)

Cheap VR goggles arrived these days, trying SE with SteamVR and TrinusVR emulation on my new smartphone. With due limitations, it seems indeed a better system than old Virtuality 1000SD. They don't add 3kg to the head, at least :). Still checking how effectively use the Bluetooth remote control.
I'd say it's inherently fun for old kids like me lol

American football is more correctly known as Hand-Egg.

I don't know who this pilot is, but he should try a helicopter sometime

Happy Inceptday to the replicant, Leon Kowalski Nexus model NEXUS-6 N6MAC41717!

We won't talk about your mom in a Voight-Kampff test, or ask how you worked out as a 180 kg/400 lb nuclear-head loader in the outer space colonies or as a front-line soldier off the shoulder of Orion. Sad that you will only live 2 years, 7 months and a few hours, but that's how it is for replicants.

Heh, the nihilistic perspective of this is fun to think about.  Would it be more depressing to live in a universe where everything you do doesn't matter because it is doomed to repeat endlessly exactly the same, or to live in a universe where everything you do doesn't matter because it is doomed to heat death? :P
Life and the universe do not matter.
For life and the universe is condemned to die.
Whether the universe dies a heat death or not.
An endlessly repeated cycle is not possible in my opinion.
I think every universe must have some 'loss'.
So there is less and less 'universe'! :|
