Chinese/
English/英文:
It is recommended that all objects discovered in the real world be included in Space Engine.
The SIMBAD Object Database, for example, contains most of the numbered and named objects in the outer solar system.
If you can do it, why not?
And not only did you not include all of the objects that have been discovered in the real world, you also removed J1407b, the only exoplanet that could have multiple exomoons (there are three), why did you remove J1407b, is there any harm in not removing it?
J1407b clearly has not formally been falsified, just because too long considered may be wandering without transiting planets [https://kenworthy.space/projects/j1407b], proposed that restoring the J1407b to Space in the Engine.

I have just answered somehow in another thread. As far as I know, we don't have an estimated distance for the object, which is not considered anymore as orbiting around J1407. When we will have enough data, and maybe a way to represent protoplanetary disks...

Please add the value of cosmic directions (degrees) on the Universe map, otherwise it is almost impossible to travel in the required direction. It would also be nice to divide the Universe map into Upper and Lower hemispheres with different color gradients, although I understand this is more difficult to implement.

Spacecraft Flight Planner?
I want to realistically perform advanced rendezvous and Hohmann-transfer flight plans, but due to the lack of a current spacecraft flight planner, I find these difficult. Would it be possible to implement a system where an orbit can be at least roughly predicted after a certain maneuver and a prediction of rendezvous information with another object? (Spacecraft/celestial body)

Thanks

This is an idea that I've been thinking for a while, and I think it could be very easy implemented.
It would be nice to have an option to disable biomes of life, like we have in the rings or tidaly lock options, where you can choose objetcs that have rings, but also objects that doesn't have them (or objects that are tidaly locked or not)

This will allow, for example, to search objects with any type of life, except subglacial.

Thanks and Regards.

One thing I think would be a nice addition is the ability for ultra-short period planets to be generated around stars. As of now, the shortest orbit a procedurally generated planet can have around any star is around 2 days. I'm not sure if this is a limitation of the engine or not, but the only objects that have orbital periods shorter than that are objects that exist in the real world. As such, I think that all that would really have to be done is make it so that the limit for orbital periods of procedurally generated planets is around ~12 hours.

How about a way to upload things from universe sandbox like you could transmit one of your creations or systems in it and automatically make it a system it would probably be hard, but it would be real cool

If only we could just drag and drop galaxies between programs like moving files to a USB stick… someday, maybe

I am using the Pro version to create HDRIs for my work, however I noticed that the maximum render resolution for cylindrical projection (equirectangular) is 4096 and the high res screenshot tool doesn't support cylindrical projection.  So, my suggestion is for a feature that can output a higher resolution render in cylindrical projection, or to allow the high res tool to support cylindrical projection, for high res HDRI's competitive with other professional rendering software.  Render time is not an issue, I don't care if it takes minutes or hours to render, but having the option would be worthwhile.  I would even pay extra for such a feature (though, technically, I already have).

Honestly this is what I've really wanted for this game. So basically you could travel to another universe by just speeding up, I know there's already a edge but you could just keep it that way and maybe add a random ball or not to cover the whole galaxy neighborhood and add the same thing but with custom galaxies, nebulae, planets, stars, and meteorites as another universe, just 2 universes would already be good enough for this and maybe after 3 universes you can make a omniverse thingy basically travelling out of the multiverse

IMO, the universe is 3-dimensionally infinite, so you'd have to travel 4th or 5th dimensionally to reach another universe.  But that's theoretical, so your idea is just as valid.

suggestion: parallax mapping for water, it's a great way to make water more realistic!

I got 3 more suggestions:
1. Add a setting that allows you to experience the visual effects caused by moving close to the speed of light (but make it disabled by default).
2. Make so gravity can optionally apply to you even when you're not in the flight simulator.
3. If that's possible, make so for gas giants the surface is actually just the atmosphere (or clouds if that's easier to use), and you actually can land only as deep as pressure gets so high that everything, including gases becomes liquid, or even solid.
