So, if the atmosphere code is to be rewritten to get atmospheric effects on the clouds, does that mean that surface bases (and ships in atmosphere) will finally be rendered with atmospheric effects?

I'm no expert, but I wold say that is the Great Orion Nebula. The Horsehead Nebula would be "up" to the "left" from this view, just below the leftmost star in Orion's belt, Alnitak. And I would wager that you would need better optics to make out the Horsehead Nebula. Edit: Took t...
