Troubleshooting and bug reports - SpaceEngine 0.990

Repaired .net Framework, deleted all Visual C++ versions, ran ccleaner in registry, used an all in one installer for the runtimes (WinPKG Sereby.org)
Still no success. Now i'm really out of ideas.
I hope you guys are onto something, i really want to test the new version. :(

it's a bug or is it intentional?

I answer myself.
It's a little bug. I discovered that if you manually create the user-db file then it works...

Source of the post I have no ideas anymore... I've tried so many things to solve the problem with the startup but nothing works... The old version of SpaceEngine works just fine and other Programs/Games too but i wont get rid of the 0xc000007b error with 0.990, dammit!

Typbürste, Can you please post your se.log file please? It is located inside the system folder which is located inside the spaceengine folder, which is located inside steamaps/common subfolder of your steam folder. Just search for it from windows explorer while you are inside steam folder and windows will find it for you.
Also a DXDIAG system report (or HWINFO or anything similar) is not a bad idea, so that the gurus here can look into your system in more depth. Also stop deleting and reinstalling MSs stuff such as .NET framework and C++ libraries as you may break other things and cause games and apps that used to work before, not to work anymore.

I really appreciate that you want to help, but please consider to read the posts i've made in this topic yesterday and today. ;)

There is no se.log, when i want to start the program with steam it trys to launch for 2 seconds and then ends the process, without a message or log file created.
If i try to start the SpaceEngine.exe directly from the system Folder I get this error message:

"The Application was Unable to Start Correctly (0xc000007b)"

There is a discussion thread on Steam as well:
0.990 not launching
My name there is Bronsko

EDIT: Here is my dxdiag (Dropbox Link)

Post your se.log. It is in the 'system' directory of SpaceEngine.
You can use pastebin for that.

Windows 10 pro
CPU: Intel Core i7 CPU [email protected] 2.93GHz
RAM: 8,00 GB
Video Card: ATI FirePro V4800 (FireGL) Graphics Adapter
but i haven't a VRAM, Is the VRAM optional? or needs to start SE?

When ambient lighting is increased on marine planets, the oceans on the night side are completely transparent and you can see the seafloor. This didn't happen in 0.980.

In a fish-eye projection, by approaching the star, it turns into a white polyhedron. It looks like a problem with the lens flares. Another problem is that in the projection fish-eye then you are on some planet and accelerating the time of the setting or rising star around which orbits the planet winks. Sorry for my english :)

I did. There is no mention in any of your posts about se.log not being created. To assume that it is not created because the application fails to start is beyond my capabilities - sorry to disappoint you :(.
One final suggestion - apologies if you already tried it - did you try to run the program as administrator? This is very unlikely to solve the issue but I did read it somewhere as a suggestion step upon googling the error code.
