Source of the post Does anyone know how to get reshade to work? it just crashes instantly when trying to install it.

For SE? Are you using the latest Reshade tool? Did you install it with the proper DirectX rendering API setting (I'm not sure what SE 0980 uses)?

This is beautiful. I love the new sun texture/luminosity effect. It mimics the blinding light of a real star very well.

I did, but I get an error google can't find.  It crashes as soon as I open it and the error report says can't access systemIO file.

I spent over an hour on google and I can't find any results regarding this error.

So, do stars now use the same meshes as gas-giants to simulate gas/plasma formations? It looks absolutely awesome - though for gas-giants I'd still like to see volumetric clouds (at least for the upper atmospheric layers).

Stellarator, that is a modified shader and is not indicative of the stars in 0.9.9.0.

Was this one of the reshades you mentioned you would share with us after v0990 came out, in a previous post:

DoctorOfSpace:Source of the post vlad01, I spent the last couple days messing with the various tonemaps, tweaking my reshade, and playing around with the expanded visuals menu.

Which reshade tool were you using? Sweet FX?
