That would certainly make a fantastic surprise for x-mas. Unfortunately I would also need to be surprised with a new gaming computer to go along with it .

What he said is essentially the same as saying "between now and the end of time". It doesn't imply anything at all. If he, by your own admission, said "maybe this year" in his statement, then why would you say "2020 confirmed"?

Aside from that, he has no way of knowing when the release might be. If anyone besides SpaceEngineer or myself claims to know when a release is coming, they're making it up.

Ah yes, sorry for all the confusion guys,  I sure hope we don't have to wait 'till the end of time just to get this next update. PS I said 2020 because that's what I felt was fairly reasonable, I didn't mean to say "confirmed", sorry again.
