Largest moon ever???? 
This is the strangest pair I have ever found ;-)
The 'moon' is larger than the 'planet'. They have they same atmo composition, but different masses !!!

No takers for these yet? To start things off, I've come across RG 0-1-1-99, a spiral galaxy with 3.5 trillion stars, and RG 0-0-0-1265, an elliptical galaxy with 20 trillion stars. Curiously, both of these galaxies are 326,160 light years in diameter.

326,160ly is the current size limit for procedural galaxies in space engine.
