Looking for Most Beautiful Earth Like Planet for video

17 Jan 2017 22:35

Hey Explorers,

I need to make another video of this amazing program. Here's the jist of the back story.

My 32 year old nephew died on the 3rd of January leaving a 7 year old Daughter. When she
was born, he had her name tattooed across her back. A week before he died, my sister
bought his 7 yr old daughter a star and named it after both of them. We had the funeral
on the 12th with over 700 ppl turned up.

So now Zander is dead, I'd like her to have something more to think of when she looks at this star than
just a light in the sky. So I plan to make a video travelling to it for her and having a version of that tattoo
written on a beach on a planet there, so when she see's it, the camera will pass the star and cut to flying
into this planet and coming down to the surface where she can see her name in the sand. This way
she will have a location in mind when she thinks of her Dad and her star.

So here's the problem. I was working on it, when the hard drive failed, and I lost everything including the location
of the planet I was working on. So now I need a new planet.

It can't be just any old Earth. It has to be the most beautiful planet any of you have ever seen for this
little girl. So if you know one, and know the coordinates of it (and preferably a picture of it) could you
please just drop the info below.

Hope you can help

Thanks

Hello,

First of all, I'm sorry for your loss. About the planet, perhaps you could find one that you would deem fit on this thread. Personally, I would recommend those posts by superpartes. He recently posted a nice collection of Earth-looking planets, complete with pictures and coordinates:

I hope that helps.

There's a really nice one called RS 8474-3606-7-1073571-98 6. It has a ring and has several moons that compare to ours in terms of apparent size and magnitude (how large or bright it appears from the surface). Unlike the previous ones this one is in the Milky Way galaxy.

There's a rather unique warm Earth-like planet with terrestrial multicellular life which I found today. The top half is only water, the bottom half is only land. On the water half, there's a huge but beautiful cyclone, like an iris on an eye. At the centre bottom of the land part is a round small lake. I registered just to let you know.

The planet's data is:

Place    "Planet Warm terra with life"
{
    Ver        980
    Body    "RS 8474-914-7-1781691-32 B4"
    Parent    "RS 8474-914-7-1781691-32 B"

Or just search for: RS 8474-914-7-1781691-32 B4

RS 626-450-7-658668-25 B5, a venuslike terra with multicellular terrestrial life, and RS 626-450-7-658668-25 B5.1, a smaller lifeless terra orbiting the venuslike one. RS 626-450-7-658664-11 5, another one with multicellular life, and RS 626-450-7-658664-11 4, a lifeless world with a pink atmosphere, and RS 626-450-8-5269327-376 A3, a pretty Earth-like terra with multicellular life. They may be complete bullshit, because i used star browser to find them.
Space is too big to understand, so do not try to understand.
