Strange sightings

Has anyone ever seen any nightside lights from cities on other planets, or is that just an Earth thing?

There are no nightside city lights anywhere in SE except for Earth and other terraforming mods.
You can see lava emitting light from volcanoes over planets classified as hot deserts, though.

Not just hot deserts:

I guess life on all the other planets is not intelligent enough to have fire or electricity, yet. Perhaps in a future version of SE they will have evolved enough to create their own night-side lights. lol

I'm hoping at least for, perhaps, procedurally-generated cities or settlements, or at the very least, vague procedurally-generated technological patterns on planet surfaces.

This peculiar semi-procedural (as in I only input period and mean anomaly) moon is from a gas giant of my custom system.

Besides the curious purple-colored lowlands, this moon is only a bit smaller than Earth, yet very slightly more massive (and dense) despite being listed as an ice world.

This must means that it is very metal-rich, a pretty interesting target for the system's native civilization :D

Perhaps they aren't glitches. Perhaps they are temporary mega-structures belonging to the great GPU civilization! All hail the GPUs!

A titan with both exotic and organic life.

I don't know how rare this is, but i have never seen a planet like that before so i assume they're pretty rare.

Between the numerous apparent impact craters, and the prominent ring system of this planet, I can only conclude that something catastrophic must have happened in its recent past. Despite this, multicellular life still thrives on it.
