Hey @Rigelyendor and hello everyone.
Ulkire, welcome. Since it's the second time you're trying to hide links to other unrelated websites in an attempt of multiplying external references, I think you should know it's against Forum rules and probably you'll be banned next time you do that.
For starters, you'll find the manual here.

I've known about this software for ages but never had the PC to use it until now, and I love it of course! I've tinkered with coding something similar for years & have a few projects floating about on sourceforge & was heavily involved with the Celestia community years back modeling & texturing, creating fictional systems. I expect the same to happen here. One of the ideas I have for a mod is 3d foliage, rocks & various surface structures once I get the hang of making mods & of course if no one else is already tackling that...

All in all, glad to be here!

Yeah I remember yours too, good to know some Celestia users are here. You will never see Fridger here though, too many laser guns and lens flares haha. The procedural terrain engine is something I always wanted incorporated into Celestia but the devs were not interested sadly... However I am glad it exists in Space Engine. Breaths life into theoretical worlds! Celestia will always remain the starting point of my journey to virtually explore the Cosmos though & has a special place in my heart... I do miss doing all this world building/exploring. I dropped it for some time due to real life getting in the way. Now, however with new found inspiration, the journey continues...

Yeah I remember yours too,
That's not possible, you have to confuse me. Although I followed the development of Celestia for years, I've never been active in the forum.
Concerning Fridger, I am afraid that Celestia.sci never becomes real. But you can still hope.
I really hope that the new forum brings some life into the development.

Hi!

Even though I'm new here in this forum, I already had fun with Space Engine for a quite a long time (I forgot exactly when I got it; probably a year or so)!

Might as well introduce myself.

I had an account (but most lurked) on the old site and have been following Space Engine for a number of years now.

Glad to see it's still making progress and looking forward to what comes in the new year.

Hi, I'm new and I would like to upload/post a mod I created. It is an planet system. Although I have no idea how to post/upload this mod I have created. I would be very happy if someone could help/guide me thru this.

PS: Happy new year!

This mod is called Sternenwart and has 19 planet and 2 stars, each with custom names and infos (Although not always spelling error free)
Its Rocket Science

Hello, not much to say about me. I'm Italian but I currently live in Tbilisi, Georgia.
I currently can't run SE for some obscure reason, so I'm going to stalk the forum until a solution comes up  :D

Mirrors are just sites that host the thing you want to download. There are many mirrors as to give you options (not all work the same for different countries), so you just have to download SE from one mirror (any would work in general but if don't then try another one)
