Turkish translations are mostly done. I fixed all the mistakes I could find, added the translations for the main menu and tutorial 1. Rest of the tutorials will probably take some since they are pretty long and I have finals coming up.

Localizor implemented multiple files for importing/exporting. I am now can import the ScriptTranslations{} section. But there is some bug there, my import was broken. Don't try to translate now, until they fixed that.

If the name of a music file contains special characters, SE currently can't convert Windows' character encoding to Unicode.

Yes, file names still uses ANSI.
a possible fix is to just rename the file.

I've finished working on kor-gui.cfg file other than fixing errors.
After running it and checking se.log file, I found out frustrating errors.
Here's what log file says
[MT] "data/locale/kor-gui.cfg" line 1391: ERROR: Syntax error '지형'
[MT] "data/locale/kor-gui.cfg" line 1391: ERROR: Syntax error '감소"'

<Dozens of similar lines here>

But in .cfg file, I can't find what's wrong with them.
Here's what I wrote in .cfg file at line 2182
"Find the Barnard's star and select it. It is one of the closest stars to our Solar System, and is highlighted with a pink circle." "바너드별을 찾아 선택합니다. 태양계에서 가장 가까운 항성 중 하나이며, 분홍색 원으로 강조되어 있습니다."
And for sure, I have translations of those lines in .cfg file.

I don't know what's the problem and how to fix these problems.

Can you post your translation file here?

Here's gui file
I found four errors.

At the end of two lines the quotation mark are missing.
"Increase landscape LOD"        "지형 LOD 증가

"Not all stars here are real. SpaceEngine features procedural generation of objects in uncharted regions of space. You may distinguish a procedural object by its name: it has a form of 'RS xxx-xxx-xxx'. You may hide them by unchecking the 'Procedural object' on the right toolbar."
In one line, the dot is missing at the end of the English sentence.
"You may do that at any time to explore an object from all sides.[BR][BR]By dragging mouse vertically while holding both left and right mouse buttons, you can zoom in and zoom out. Try to zoom out from the Earth now" "이렇게 함으로써 언제든지 오브젝트들을 주변에서 둘러볼 수 있습니다. [BR] [BR]왼쪽 과 오른쪽 바우스 버튼을 동시에 누른채로 수직으로 드래그하면, 줌인과 줌아웃을 할 수 있습니다. 지구로부터 줌아웃 해봅시다."
And in one line is missing a space in the name 'Arthur C. Clarke'. (The space between 'C.' and 'Clarke'.)
"The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible._- Arthur C.Clarke"
I have corrected the errors.

And some translations are missing. I can't help you with that!

I have corrected the errors.
Thanks for helping me out! After adding missing lines, It works without any errors and it seems like all texts are properly displayed.
I'm now working on db file and will start checking everything once more. After that, we will finally have Korean localization on next update!

Speedademon, good work!
The errors with missing translations arises because you have updated to the latest version of SpaceEngine, which have some changes in the localization file.
Did you translated the ScriptTranslations section? We are now using the localizor service, it helps to identify which lines still have no translation (SE can't show this in the log for the ScriptTranslations). I can import your localization there.
I'm now working on db file
Note that you don't need to literally translate existing db file (Russian or English). You may create your own list of objects for which you want to make a description. Those db files are used in SE Wiki system and to localize galaxies/star/planets names.

I can import your localization there.
I gave Korean names to famous celestial objects. Just a few of them have descriptions that are very short and basic. I don't just want to copypaste Wikipedia pages and I don't think I'm qualified to write it by my self.
After that, I checked it all many times including tutorial(and gave many fixes) and now I think it's ok to go public. Please import these to the Localizer service.

btw I tried to translate all minor asteroids and found out there's way too many of them. Had to stop at some point and now the db file exceeds 7000lines. I think it's more than enough for now.

The Chinese localization still has some mistakes that not correct, caused some problems, such as display. So I try to fix it. And it's feasible.
