I also added another engine effect group tied to the warp drive, so it is now possible to add engine exhaust effects to warp engines/hyperdrives/etc

For example, Uranus and Neptune have moons very far away from them because they're far away from the sun. That should be taken in consideration because I've seen multiple hot gas giants close to their parent stars with lots of moons

In August SpaceEngineer said that they didn't even start working on galaxies, most likely it will be tackled in future releases.
