These 'neuter' only mean that the gender of the planets is neutral. Not masculine and not feminine. Otherwise the terms would be 'masculine' or 'feminine'.
In addition, the flawed term was '#neuter', it was not 'neuter'!

The orientation of the galaxies in Arp 148 is slightly off: they should form more of a T-shape instead of an L-shape.

Troubleshooting and bug reports - SpaceEngine 0.990

I want to ask a question.
Why can't the derived Nebula model cfg file be applied to the newly created nebula?
A folder for storing SC script files and CFG script files of nebula model was created.
Then create a new Nebula SC script file and put it in the relevant folder.
I modified a program nebula model, exported the edited Nebula model CFG script file, and put it in the relevant folder. Open the cfg file and change the CustomModel to a new name.
UseForObject is later modified to the name of the newly created nebula.
Then clean up the cache, I open SE, I can find the newly created nebula, the type of nebula is also the type I set. But the shape of the nebula model is totally different from that in my derived Nebula model CFG script.
What's the matter? Or what to set up?

Source of the post what is the difference between Continue and Planetarium?  I usually click on Continue.

With 'Continue' you continue the last session with SpaceEngine.
If you used the 'Flight Simulator' at the last session, SE will continue in 'Flight Simulator' mode. If you have used the 'Planetarium', you will continue in 'Planetarium' mode.

JD thank you!  I have either found a bug or a side effect of the new version.  When you land on a planet or moon and there are objects in the sky, you can click on some of them to highlight them and view their names and go to them as with the previous version.  But on some you can't do that!  Why is that?  Some of the objects I cant select or go to by clicking on them are objects in the solar system of the object I am on and some are other stars- there doesn't seem to be any pattern to it.  I can select and go to objects just fine if I am in space, just not in many cases if I am on the surface of an object.
I am on 1660 Beta now and the graphics memory usage is much less so I am in Ultra mode now :)
One thing with the new version, I see a saturation illumination slider and it is set to Auto, what does that do?  I tried unchecking Auto and changed the setting to 2, and it changes the colors of the atmosphere and when set all the way up it makes a planet and its atmosphere look red?  When set to Auto it shows a pattern of different colors for the atmosphere depending on whether the sun is in the field of view, so I kept it at that.

When it says "1.00 km / 8.66 km", 1.00 km is your altitude above the surface, and 8.66 km is your altitude above sea level.

Post your 'se.log'. It is located in the 'system' directory of SpaceEngine.

I mean the shadow, I moved to each distance.

Are lacustrine planets supposed to have no visible surface liquids? I try turning water on and off but I see no difference. Don't know if that's a bug or a feature...

Sascha81, can you post your se.log file? It's in your SpaceEngine\system\ folder.

With photo mode: Auto, star coronas appear excessively bright and weirdly shaped when watching past the star. This is very noticeable around red giants with huge coronas.

So, I just bought the game last night and whenever I try to launch the game a message pops up saying "Your system has an obsolete OpenGL version. Update your graphics card driver or install compatible hardware. seWindow::CreateGLCoreContext(): Can't set a pixel format: code 0x0.
