Perspective view while orbiting?

07 Nov 2017 13:59

Hi,
I would like to know please how to change the perspective while I orbit a planet (without a spacechip).
I mean, when I orbit, i just see the planet in a vertical perspective.. how can i orbit viewing the planet in a less perpendicular perspective? how can i change that perspective?

I wanna have a view of the planet like this while i'm orbiting:

Thanks!

simply drag with the left button of the mouse
it doesn't allow me to do that
when i enter 'orbiting view', the view keeps centered on the place
i cannot move anything with the mouse

alfa015, if you're in tracking mode, you can still use the middle mouse button (Scroll Wheel Button) to change your view

There should be a bar with a row of icons on the lower-left corner. If it is not there, hover the cursor near it to make it pop out.

Make sure the following icon is not highlighted. If it is, click on it to turn Target Tracking off.
