You can not replace the original RS, nor change it permanently. You can only use the star to create your own system and place it somewhere.

Sorry for posting here i can't find a post related to my issue or even make a topic oddly...

I basically want to remove and replace earth but the remove tags are not working.
I've tried them in stars/planets Catalogs but nothing.

Remove "Sun/Sol"
Remove "Sun"
Remove "Earth"
Remove "Earth-Moon"

I've gotten a bit more complex things going like moving the collision between Andromeda to the Milky-way,
creating new stars and planets... but i can't get this simple thing to work. XD

You must add 'ParentBody'.
So:

Remove "Sun/Sol" {ParentBody "Solar System"}
Remove "Sun" {ParentBody "Solar System"}
Remove "Earth" {ParentBody "Earth-Moon"}
Remove "Earth-Moon" {ParentBody "Sol"}
