[I'm Good Now]
I want to make it orange but I cant find the location of the script or the effect... I mean there are custom plumes made for you to customize when you press Shift+F2 while controlling a ship but I cant find where there are stored or how to customized them. If someone could tell me where to find them or just make the chemical plume orange for me and tell me where to place it I would appreciate it.

I want to make the chemical plume orange.
Engine effects are stored within the .cfg file of the corresponding .sm mesh file. You can change the color by directly editing the .cfg file. See the addon manual for additional info.
You stretched quite a bit the forum rules for being able to make this new thread.

Is the color in RGB, HSV, HSL or any other format of color code?

As you probably noticed and If I recall correctly, it's fractional RGB:
black > (0.000 0.000 0.000)
white > (1.000 1.000 1.000)
gold > (1.000 0.843 0.000)
where the value is the standard RGB value / 255. Also with the additional alpha value A for transparency where applicable.
