Sawtooth Shores

I've noticed an odd side effect of the new terrain. Shorelines have a "sawtooth" pattern that looks quite unnatural. Every shoreline I find has this feature. Increasing the terrain quality doesn't affect it.

This is effect of limited resolution of a base terrain mesh.

I'll add some observations here.

Shadow edges have their resolution limits too, but I don't know what these circles on the ground are:

Round holes in clouds may happen when viewing a planet from space. I think something mismatches and intersects for a short time in process of updating the planet:

Rocky shores look better when standing near, but may still break into zigzags at maximum close up:

Also, yesterday I found a generated double-shore:

The place is:

Water in puddles have the same exact pattern of waves as the rest of lake/sea water, as of now.

I'm afraid it's not very simple to fix...  :(
