Git it! HD 226868 should be added to the Cygnus X-1 definition in the BlackHoles.sc catalog, otherwise SE have no way to merge it with star HD 226868 from the HIPPSRCOS catalog:

The star Acamar - TET Eri has to be repaired.

In the file 'Catalogs0980.pak/stars/stars-bin.sc' must at 'StarBarycenter "TET Eri"' the line
     Dec -40 18 168524
be replaced by
     Dec -40 18 16.8524
Until this is done, this file can be used. Put it in 'data\catalogs\stars'.

I may be wrong but Acamar (Theta Eridani) seems to be in the wrong location. Can anyone confirm this?

2014 MU69 is a catalog Kuiper Belt Asteroid which is the next target of NewHorizons probe after its encounter with Pluto.
From recent observations its shape has been better determined. The results show that the asteroid is either highly elongated or possibly a contact binary. I changed a bit the shape to make it more elongated, In time we'll have more data for sure.

HD 164922/HIP 88348
Also, I found possible age error in the stellar system HD 164922 as compared in SE 0.980 with that of Wikipedia:
Stellar parameters:                                Space Engine 0.980                                Wikipedia
Spectrum                                              G9-V                                                      G9-V
Diameter                                               0.999 Solar Diameter                               0.999 Solar Diameter
Mass                                                    0.874 Solar Mass                                     0.874 Solar Mass
Luminosity                                            0.65157                                                   0.703
Temperature                                          5019. 9 C                                                5019.9 C
Age                                                      4.575 GA                                                 13.4 GA
Metallicity                                              0.16 FeH                                                 0.16 FeH
Rotation                                                24.762 Days                                            58.70 Days
"This star is metal-rich, with a metallicity of 0.16, or 144% the solar amount. This is particularly odd for a star as old as HD 164922."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HD_164922      This stellar system has two gaseous giant Jupiters much older by several billion years than the other systems such as Kapteyn's Star 11.31 GA, Kepler-444 12.22 GA, and PSR B1620-26 12.62 GA, all of which are true ages in SE. The age of our Universe is close to 13.82 GA. There is contested claim for the oldest star BD +17 3248 as 13.8 GA and with extreme poor metallicity. I thought everyone in the SE forum is welcome to report any possible errors in the star system data or even exoplanet data. Thank you again.
The 'Age' parameter is ignored in a script in the 'catalogs\stars' directory. So probably some other data.
If you want to make this information, you have to make a 'StarBarycenter' script in the 'catalogs\stars' directory and create a 'Star' script in the 'catalogs\planets'.

'Luminosity' is ignored when 'AbsMagn' or 'AppMagn' are defined. SpaceEngine calculates the luminosity itself, and apparently somewhat different from Wikipedia.

I have many reasons to believe the planet KOI-4034.02 is bugged. It has an mass that's NaN, a height that's NaN, a diameter of 1.26 AU, and a lot more buggy things. This is also present in 0.980.
The problem is the radius of the planet, 94322655 Km! With this size it would have to be a star. And a rather big one.

But KOI-4034.02 is perhaps only a leftover in the 'ExoPlanets-cand.sc' ('ExoPlanets-unconfirmed.sc') file.
I can not find any reasonable data for that planet.

I recommend removing the planet. This can be done with this script.
// Filename: RemoveKOI-4034.02.sc
// Put in 'data\catalogs\planets'
//------------------------------------------------------------------------------

// For SE 0.980e and SE 0.990
Remove "KOI-4034.02" {ParentBody "Kepler-1543"}

// For SE 0.980
Remove "KOI-4034.02" {ParentBody "KOI-4034"}

In Space Engine, Rigel Ba and Rigel Bb orbit each other with an orbital period of 9.86 YEARS.
In Wikipedia, they are supposed to orbit each other with an orbital period of 9.86 DAYS.
Fixing it should be easy. Just divide 9.86 with 365.24218985 and overwrite the period value with that.

Fixing the catalog is much more easy: change Period to PeriodDays.
Hm, it appears that Wikipedia says that Rigel B is a fairly wide binary with period of 63 years, known from XIX century, while one of its components Rigel Bb is itself a spectroscopic binary with period of 9.86 days. The SIMBAD database doesn't list Rigel as a quadruple system though...

According to Wikipedia, WR 124 is another name for HIP 94289, and it's the Wolf-Rayet star at the center of the M1-67 planetary nebula. However, in SE's default catalog, HIP 94289 is 7631.78 ly closer to Earth than the nebula is. This fix gives the star the same coordinates and distance as the nebula:
