If our solar system were cubistic, where am I here?
With reasoning, already it is neither Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars because the planet here is too flattened it seems to me.
Viewing the brightness if it has not been modified, the planet is one of the first 6
The planet has no ring or are very fine and according to color, it could correspond to Jupiter hence the flattening and it is a dwarf moon that is in the foreground, but I do not see which one .
In addition, you use a flat cube, it does not help much (and even with, I would not have found I presume)...

There is an object in the solar system, which is so flat.
(Maybe several, but only one has been discovered so far.)

Well there I do not see what object it is, maybe a binary asteroid or a dwarf planet with a moon in the main asteroid belt (between Mars and Jupiter) but I doubt because of the color of the object in the background, the color looks like to Mars therefore presence of iron but Mars has only a flattening of 0.0069.
Maybe several, but only one has been discovered so far
Do you talk about the type of object or a person who found the solution ?

I mean, there could be more objects, beyond Neptune, which are so flat. Because of their high rotation period. However, they have not yet been discovered.

Lonly

Lonly is a planemo, a rogue planet.

Lonly I comes from a time when planemos were not officially possible in SpaceEngine.
// Rogue StarBarycenter
// RP000001.sc
// Put in 'addons\catalogs\stars'

StarBarycenter "RP000001"
{

    Dec -4 22 53.7577
    Dist 796.6048
}
// Rogue planet
// Lonly.sc
// Put in 'addons\catalogs\planets'

Planet "Lonly"
{
    ParentBody  "RP000001"
    Class       "Terra"

    Radius      10000

    StaticPosPolar  (0.000000 0.000000 0.000000)
}

[hr] Lonly III is also a planeno with a moon and a minisonne, but the sun and the moon have very low orbits around the planet. About 1000 km.

Davina,
it's not Pluto.

Hi

Thanks Jack I later saw it wasn't.

I have just started with SE a few days ago & am spending all my 'spare' time on it. It is enthralling, educational & something I have secretly always wanted.

@Ostarisk thank you for your 'kind' introduction/over-reaction. I was not spamming, merely correcting my post to make it clearer to what I was refering. I am new to this program, forum format & community, have eyesight trouble & also often use mobile devices to access fora. Peace & best wishes this holiday season.

I think I'll give a hint.
As far as I know, there is only one object in the solar system that is so flat, and that is not an asteroid.

Haumea?
Yes of course.

But it may be that the colours are somewhat different, because I have made the picture with an older version of SE.

Shouldn't you make the cubic Haumea with a red spot on it since Haumea actually has a red spot?
