With these asteroids, Johnston's Archive of known objects with satellites it should be completely covered, except for companions for which we don't have yet separation and/or diameters.

3122 Florence update

I've updated Florence. I have used the orbital data from Wikipedia, they are more recent and more accurate, referring to September 1, when Florence had the closest approach to the Earth.

I would have liked to use the new ephemeris system, but I do not know how. And I do not know whether it is possible at all.

If you use the 'Asteroids-bin.sc' of Mosfet, you only need thie file:
3122FlorenceUpdPatch.sc
(1.02 KiB) Downloaded 21 times
(Put the file in 'addons\catalogs\planets')

Otherwise use this file:
3122FlorenceUpd.sc
(1.61 KiB) Downloaded 16 times
(Put the file in 'addons\catalogs\planets')
(If you have the old '3122_Florence.sc' file, remove it.)

With the new version, Florence is approaching the earth to about 7000000 km.

(300163) 2006 VW139/288P, a main belt asteroid having cometary behavior, previously suspected as binary, has been confirmed as such by Hubble observations according to a paper published today. SE can simulate the object with assumed data from the original paper:

I have added this object 2006 VW139 in my comets update I did a while back, I think you should add remove tag for the Sun orbiting object. so it would not get duplicated. I did add it like this Remove "2006 VW139" {ParentBody "Sol"}

I had originally added following data on 2006 VW139 the comets file. It had the minor planet designation added after 288P. I did also add it similarly on another main belt comet called 2003 BM80 adding it to SE as:

Comet "2003 BM80/(323137) 2003 BM80/282P 2003 BM80" Should I remove the 2003 BM80 after the comet designation of this object (282P) or should you add it after the comet designation (288P) of 2006 VW139?

Comet "2006 VW139/(300163) 2006 VW139/288P 2006 VW139"
{
 ParentBody "Sol"
 CometType  "P"      // AsterType  Main Belt

 SlopeParam  2

 AscendingNode    83.18854
 ArgOfPericenter  281.05310
 MeanAnomaly      3.65736

}

Also I did discover that minor planets 2001 SN263 and 2003 AZ84 (I think the other one was this object) were missing their discovery dates, so I did at these on their data. I

Thank you for pointing this out. By removing 2006 VW139 the two components are missing the barycenter name, though.
Simply changing the name with 288P 2006 VW139 does solve the issue.
By judging from Wikipedia sources, the name should be separated (288P / 2006 VW139), but I don't see the urge to change both scripts for the moment, when they will be merged with default catalogs it will be dealt with. So I changed Asteroids-bin.sc to reflect your designation.
The important thing in my opinion is that the objects are reachable in search tool by entering "288p" or "282p", "2006 VW139" or "(300163)" and so on.
Missing dates added to the .sc file, updated in OP.

I am happy to help. However I just realized that TNO that was known as 1999 TC36 is now named after a creature from my country's ancient culture. It is now known as (47171) Lempo.
