I think a very useful feature would be having the possibility to select a different texture for fuel tanks/things like that (without changing the texture), or eventually the possibility to change color, because the spaceships made with this tool looks very similar to each other.

It would add a lot of customization power, in my opinion. :)

Yes, they are the same. They are from fashion.
Library modules are planned.

Nice update and ships. Me too I waiting the update.

Just a remark : the skybox doesn't display in the editor, it is planning to correct the problem ? You can make a option to disable and choise the background's colors, background's skybox and lines' colors.
Good continuation.

Hmm.. does this mean spacecrafts build with this version won't show up in SE? I just made a ''test.sss'' with the emergency live habitat module only and it doesn't show in-game :?:
Otherwise it looks very good!
A few more questions:
Do you know if and how we can role main engine so that it faces 180[sup]o[/sup] opposite -I tried "5" and "S" while holding down various buttons + mouse keys in any possible combination but it doesn't seem to do the trick _ I am probably missing something there. I don't want to use double sided engine - don't want to burn the habitat during accel phase lol.
And finally the 3 axis RCS desn't seem to produce a plum effect in-game. The old RCS without forward-backward engine bell produces the nice blue plum effect..

If you add a single main engine where you want it as reverse, then you may rotate that engine by editing the parameter with the in-game editor. Well, I never tried but it should work.

ePayload, I see you truncated the end of structural frames, it's much better now.

When I downloaded it, it comes as a zip file. What do I do with it now?

Right-click on it and select ''extract to sc_editor'' or ''extract to editor_sc'' if it is the latest version. Then go inside the extracted folder and double-click on the executable.  But be aware that if you select the very latest release, ships you create in it will not be shown in-game (or I am doing something totally wrong with it).

Nothing wrong, there's no pak for these modules yet:

Not to just bump the thread willy-nilly, but is there any news (e.g. from ePayload) about the status of the version 0.3 modules pak? I've made a few awesome (IMO) ships that with which I want to play in the new 0.981 beta but lo and behold! Chunks of ship are missing ("old" modules show up fine but all the new ones are left out). So yeah. About that "coming soon..." ;P

Hey can anyone tell me, why my ship is invisible, bugged out in lenght and always  a few million Gly away from me? I added the .json file to this post because the .sss file was too big. I created a Spaceship before this one and it worked perfectly fine.It was shorter and had a lot less modules , so maybe the .sss file cant exceed a specific size or I messed something up with the .json file.

First, what a behemoth!
The ship you created before was made with the latest version of this editor or an older version?
It could be related to the number of modules, or the fact that modules used here are not yet in SpaceEngine (there's an error in console and in se.log: ERROR: seSpacecraft::ReadSchemeScript(): Spacecraft "Hope 1" have no modules)

The version I uploaded was created with an old version of the editor and then edited more in the latest version of the editor. But before I edited the ship with the latest editor I tested it and it didnt work so I tried to maybe fix it with the newer (3.0) version of the editor. The version attached to this comment is the one that wasnt yet edited with the 3.0 editor.
