If you have surface textures and bump maps for the planet, then it is possible to make such a planet.
So I just the diffuse map but no all the surface and I don't share because I use texture I find. Otherwise, maybe you can made bump map because in Minecraft, there are many map of Westeros but just Westeros (or there a map recent because I search 2-3 years ago).
