Anyways, a question of my own, how do I get night lights to work on spaceship models?
Ships does not have night texture, they can have only emissive texture, "lights" on which are always on.
Also, how do I use multiple texture sets for the same model file, so I dont have to copy the model file every time I add a spaceship texture to the game?
Make a cfg file for the sm model which refers on different materials. Ooops this is impossible, because cfg and sm must have the same name... I have to fix that.

The manual says:
DiscMethod – discovery method, used for real exoplanets or stars. These values are allowed:

“RadVel”, “Transit”, “Astrometry”, “MicroLens”, “Imaging”, “TTV”, “TDV”, “OrbitLight”, “ETV”, “Variable”, “Pulsar”, “Polarimetry”, “AuroraEmis”, “Interfer”
but you wrote "trans"

Concerned with creating lens flares in SE. I've seen some awesome ones and have the inspiration to create my own! I'm PC literate so I know where to find pak files and how to open them. If anyone could explain or direct me to a forum that explains it that would be awesome af. Thanks!

So I'm making a star system, but for some reason, at a certain distance, the star just starts jittering around like crazy.

This is a known problem with the long distance to the star. Stars with such a long distance can not be precisely positioned.

Ah, well. I guess I can't fix it, then. Thanks for the help anyways, though.

I also tried non-interleaved photoshop setting, it was better.. for a bit...

I see you have Irfanview. Did you try using its RAW conversion?
I had a similar problem, but I couldn't pinpoint the cause.

Honestly, I didn't even knew that irfanview even COULD resave to RAW, let alone that it might be a solution. Will try that, thanks!
