The last one is really touching...
The universe is not required to be in perfect harmony with human ambition.

As the publisher of GearthBlog, and after running tests on the post shown, I can tell you there is nothing on the page that will cause such CPU utilization. Any programmer can verify this by examining the HTML source for the page. You probably had something running in the background. You may also be a troll since your image lists a different URL than your text.

I mistyped the title of the Image, I'd also like to mention that it took a while for Gearthblog to load, and that I don't remember having many background applications open that could do such a thing to my CPU then stop doing such a thing the moment I closed the website.

It is possible it just has something to do with the CPU itself, which actually isn't even a CPU its a 10 core APU.

I tested again on a different computer with a similar yet weaker APU, it has nothing to do with the website it just my computers are bad.

One of the biggest spanish youtubers (of the gamer kind), with 6.8 million subscribers has made a video about SE. I don't like this guy, and it explains it in a very uniformative way, but at least it has reached 300.000 views:
